In 2022, the enterprises of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow accepted over 250 interns from the leading profile universities of the capital. The sphere of microelectronics is still the most popular among students. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov. “Year by year, the interest of the younger generation in the industrial enterprises of the city is growing. Last year, 240 students completed an internship at the enterprises in the special economic zone of the capital. For six months of this year, more than 250 interns have already been enrolled in internship. Future specialists represent both specialized technical areas and humanitarian ones, for example, management and public relations in an innovative environment. Microelectronics enterprises again became the most priority for training and acquiring new skills,” said Vladimir Efimov. This year, students of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow Aviation Institute, National Research University of Electronic Technology, RUDN University, Bauman Moscow State Technical University. They were accepted by companies and residents of the SEZ: Mikron Group, Biforcom Tech, ELVIS research and production center, Amedart, PK-137 (Biocad), Sputnik Technopolis (R-Pharm). “Most often, students get a job at microelectronics enterprises. There are 32 such companies operating in the Moscow Special Economic Zone. Since the beginning of the year, more than 100 students have been trained there. The positions of engineers, technologists, developers and programmers are in the most demand,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow. To attract young professionals in the Technopolis Moscow the project TechnoWork [ https://www.technomoscow.ru/tech-work/ ] is working. He collects resumes of potential candidates and then connects applicants with HR specialists in the technological community of the capital. “Experience proves, students come to the SEZ of Moscow first for study tours in the company, and then they are already included in internship programs. All these processes are coordinated by the TechnoWork project. Currently, 55 enterprises and more than 20 universities of the capital have joined it.
