Due to completion of nine new productions on Alabushevo area of special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow by 2023, it is planned to create more than thousand working places. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov. On Alabushevo site there is a construction and reconstruction of nine objects, which are planned to be put into operation this year. Among them are the production of medicines, medical products, SIM-cards, electric motors and telecommunication equipment. At these enterprises will be created more than a thousand jobs, - said Vladimir Yefimov. Alabushevo occupies an area of almost 158 hectares. At the moment almost 30 SEZ residents localize their production there and they have created 1,5 thousand working places. Enterprises that are planning to launch production this year have already started recruiting personnel. There is also a need for specialists with higher and specialized secondary education at the operating enterprises in Alabushevo. In the coming years, the site should become the center of development of the pharmaceutical industry. At the beginning of this year Velpharm opened here, which already employs 100 people, and by the end of the year it is planned to employ about the same number of people. The number of employees after the production will reach its full capacity will be 1,2 thousand people, - explained the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky. At the pharmaceutical enterprise Biocad (PC-137) currently 240 people are working, there are 30 vacancies, mainly production personnel - operators and quality control - microbiologists and analytical chemists. There are also expert vacancies - technologists and engineers. Last year, SEZ Technopolis Moscow launched the project TechnoWork. With its help, the enterprises of the special economic zone are looking for highly qualified employees. Now they offer about 300 vacancies for applicants, - told the general director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow Gennady Degtev. He noted that the need for personnel is observed not only in the operating pharmaceutical enterprises, but also in the production of microelectronics. So, there are 12 vacancies at the plant Electroninvest - they need assemblers, adjusters, specialized designers and developers. As explained Vsevolod Enns, general director of Design Center Soyuz, the company currently has 11 vacancies with a total staff of 118 people. Recruiting narrow specialists - developers and technologists - is particularly difficult. The enterprise is actively developing, the average age of the workforce is 35 years old.
