Manufacturing of capacitors started at the Rudnevo site

The capital company has installed and launched the first stage of capacitor production at the Rudnevo site of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow. In the fourth quarter of this year the company plans to reach full production capacity. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of investment and industrial policy, which is part of the Complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the capital. "At the beginning of July 2023, Newcon Energy organized production on the site Rudnevo of the capital's special economic zone and managed to produce more than 20 thousand capacitors. The company's investments will amount to more than 350 million rubles by the end of 2025. Today 80 jobs have been created at the enterprise. As the company reaches full production capacity, which is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023, at least 30 more jobs will be created," said Vladislav Ovchinsky. The company was founded in 2000, and in 2023 it was located in the fifth building on the Rudnevo site of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Thanks to modern production facilities and unique technological developments, the company designs and manufactures high-quality domestic capacitors. "At the Rudnevo SEZ site of the capital's Rudnevo SEZ, the company develops and mass produces a wide range of capacitors using metallized polypropylene film and polymer compound in their composition. The company has its own technological developments in the field of capacitor construction, and its specialists conduct scientific research in this area," said Gennady Degtev, General Director of Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The total area of the company's production localized at the Rudnevo site is about 5.6 thousand square meters. Capacitors are used in lighting products, power electronics, starting devices and for reactive power compensation. In the near future, the company plans to set up production of electronic components used in green technologies, such as electric cars, solar and wind generation. Sergey Panaseiko, Head of Production of the company, noted that the enterprise is a leading Russian manufacturer, and the capacitors produced are used in key projects of the largest companies in Moscow and other regions of the country.
