The new Moscow industrial park Rudnevo will be among the ten largest in the country in terms of production space, said Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow, at the presentation of the facility to investors. “The territory of Rudnevo in the south-east of the capital is included in the federal register of industrial parks by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. In 2023, a powerful industrial development center will appear here. Its goal is to create favorable conditions for the development of high-tech small and medium-sized businesses. More than 280 thousand m? of production space are being built on 37 hectares. Companies will be able to accommodate in ready-made buildings in the brownfield format. In addition, it is possible to build production facilities for a specific customer. With the entry of the site into the contour of the SEZ of Moscow, its residents will receive tax and customs preferences that are valid throughout its territory,” said Gennady Degtev. Residents of the industrial park Rudnevo will be determined by competitive qualification selection. For potential investors, a number of criteria have been formed, including: the volume of investments of the planned revenue, the availability of research and development, the compliance of products with priority areas for the development of Moscow industry. The head of the special economic zone of the capital drew attention to the advantages of industrial parks in general and the specific advantages of the new Moscow site. “Industrial parks are becoming more and more popular - a common infrastructure saves companies from non-core activities in the creation and maintenance of utility networks, the organization of various services. And Rudnevo is also characterized by a unique transport accessibility. The new industrial center is located in close proximity to the road network, which is important for cargo transportation, and to the metro station, which makes the site convenient for future employees of the companies,” emphasized Gennady Degtev. The construction of the industrial park is carried out in three stages: - the first stage includes 19 facilities with an area of ??over 117 thousand m?, - the second - objects with a total area of ??47.9 thousand m?, - the third stage is a greenfield project with the possibility of building about 116 thousand m? meters at the expense of private investors. To date, the volume of work performed is more than 70 percent, about 2 thousand builders work on the site. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2023. KROST-D is the general contractor. “In terms of construction speed, this industrial park has no analogues in the world. For us, as builders, the construction of such facilities is a great responsibility and a great challenge. Here we use the most modern construction technologies. So, part of the work was transferred to the plant, to the conveyor line, where the structures are produced and prepared for assembly at the facility. As a result, it was possible to achieve a serious pace of work.
