Specifically, the company is transitioning to diode lighting, recycling clothing and reducing the use of disposable products in production to meet carbon neutrality goals. This was announced by the general director of SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Gennady Degtev. The laundry is engaged in cleaning the specialized clothes of the employees who work in the "clean rooms", where the working clothes are subject to high requirements. The enterprise uses an innovative IT-system for real-time monitoring of clothes, embedding special chips in it for high-quality processing. In 2022 alone, the company processed 1.3 million garments. "Moscow is on the way to developing innovative and environmentally friendly production, so green transformation is one of the priorities of the capital's industry. Enterprises are creating separate waste collection systems and adapting their shops and lines for recycling. All of this is taking business to a new level. The enterprise SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" is a high-tech service company for the maintenance of pharmaceutical production, which actively implements the technology of "clean production". This is confirmed by the international certificate ISO 14001, which is identical to the National Standard of the Russian Federation "Environmental Management Systems", - said Gennady Degtev. The company is steadily moving towards environmentally friendly technologies and social responsibility. The company adheres to a policy of reasonable consumption, optimizes production, and constantly reduces the generation of waste, including moving away from plastic packaging and the use of disposable products. Its services are actively used by residents of the metropolitan SEZ, which is located in the immediate vicinity and is engaged in the production of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and microelectronics. Since the beginning of 2023, the company's production growth has been 15%, more than 200 thousand products have been processed. In Russia, apart from Berendsen, there is only one company that cleans specialized uniforms. That's why it's so important that the Moscow SEZ company is setting the tone for a green transformation in the market and is committed to reducing emissions and production waste.
