Iranian high-tech companies plan to cooperate with residents of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ

The Iranian delegation chaired by Estiri Rouhollah, the Head of the International Business Development Office of the Center for International Science and Technology Cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran visited the special economic zone of the capital. The purpose of the visit was to search options for interaction between Iranian and Russian high-tech companies in the field of innovations as informed by Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. “The mutual exchange of technologies can become the foundation of cooperation between Russian and Iranian enterprises. To obtain good practical results, it is preferable for Iranian innovative business to build relationships with Russian companies in their own industry. If we combine their potentials, the dynamics of development will be higher. Iranian companies in Moscow need "technological guides", which can be enterprises from SEZ Technopolis Moscow”, declared Gennady Degtev. For example, the company LasMedTech from the Moscow SEZ is one of the world leaders in the field of laser technologies. The enterprise has a wide structure with its own research and development laboratories and exports products to Iran. Currently, there are about two million companies in the Islamic Republic of Iran, of which ten thousand are in the field of high technologies. Two thousand of them produce medical products and equipment, two thousand - IT solutions, the rest operate in the field of petrochemistry, materials production, ship and aircraft construction, said Estiri Rouhollah. “In the context of economic sanctions from Western countries, Iran has localized all strategically important industries on its territory and has provided great support to the development of scientific research. As a result, a number of innovative developments have emerged that are being implemented domestically. However, due to the sanctions, their entry into the world market is difficult. Working in cooperation with Russian high-tech companies can help solve this problem and give a synergistic effect to the joint Iranian-Russian projects. In addition, we expect to have access to the export of the end products. First of all, we are interested in the CIS countries”, clarified Estiri Rouhollah. After the negotiations, the Iranian delegation visited a number of enterprises located in SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Interest in cooperation with Iranian partners was expressed by the companies Butis, Chirana +, Medplant, STC Drive Technique, Scientific Entertainment company and Ortomoda. ---------------------- Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ]  and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
