It is planned to build 38 more objects for various purposes at the site. The planning design of the Alabushevo industrial site, which is part of special economic zone Technopolis Moscow, has been approved. The corresponding decree was signed by Sergei Sobyanin at a meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow Government. The special economic zone, established in 2006, consists of five sites with a total area of 207.5 hectares. There are 180 companies working there, who have created 10,920 jobs. The total volume of investments in the set up and upgrading of industrial production has reached 48 billion rubles, and the volume of paid taxes has exceeded 14 billion rubles. Alabushevo site in Zelenograd is the largest and most promising segment of the special economic zone. Now there are 27 resident companies working there, which have invested 14.6 billion rubles in the development of their production facilities and have created 1,800 jobs. In September, the first stage of a pharmaceutical production facility was commissioned, created under an offset contract with the Moscow Government. Capital facilities with a total area of 73.5 thousand square meters are located on the site, including five industrial complexes, engineering infrastructure facilities, a customs post and a fire station. According to the project, at the Alabushevo site, 38 more objects are supposed to be built for various purposes - industrial-production units, storehouse and public utilities, administrative-production buildings (including a hotel) with a total floor area of 792.6 thousand square meters. To improve transport accessibility, it is planned to reconstruct Konstruktor Lukin Street and Projected Passage No. 6029, install a traffic light at the roundabout of Konstruktor Lukin St. and Projected Passage No. 4083, equip bike paths, organize three new and repair six existing pedestrian crossings, organize 14 public transport stops. They will also install water, heating and electrical networks, arrange rainwater drainage and build transformer substations. The planning design was approved by local residents during a public hearing that took place in February this year. By 2024, the number of jobs at the site should exceed five thousand, and the volume of investments will reach 47.5 billion rubles.
