FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR, RESIDENTS OF THE ALABUSHEVO SITE OF SEZ TECHNOPOLIS MOSCOW INVESTED IN PRODUCTION 3.7 BILLION RUB

Investments by residents of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone at the Alabushevo site for three quarters of 2021 increased on 12 percent compared to the same period last year. They amounted to 3.7 billion rubles, said Vladimir Efimov, Vice-Mayor of Moscow for Economic policy and Land-property affairs. "The Alabushevo site is one of the most developing in the ecosystem of the special economic zone of the capital. 27 companies work here with the status of a resident, many of which are building facilities and are in the active investment phase of project implementation.  In the first three quarters of 2021, they invested more than 3.7 billion rubles, exceeding the volume of investments for the same period last year by 12 percent. Compared to the nine months of 2019, investment growth amounted to almost 40 percent," said Vice-Mayor of Moscow. The largest inflow of investments into the facilities located at the Alabushevo site was provided by the enterprises of the medical technology cluster. The volume of investments of five companies - manufacturers of medicines and medical devices in the first three quarters of 2021 exceeded 2.8 billion rubles, said Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. "The largest cluster at the Alabushevo site is represented by 10 residents of the microelectronics industry. In the first nine months of 2021, they invested about 440 million rubles. The remaining investments were made by enterprises in the field of information and communication technologies and energy-efficient solutions," the head of the department noted. The total investment volume of residents of this site for the entire period of operation has reached 22.8 billion rubles.
