The search for promising personnel for high-tech industrial enterprises and the expansion of cooperation with institutions of secondary and higher professional education will be the main topics of discussion at the Technoclub, which will be held on November 30 at the Pechatniki site in the brain ring format. This was announced by CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow, Gennady Degtev. “Today, over 200 enterprises operate at five sites of the Moscow Special Economic Zone, most of which represent innovative industries. The products of these companies are widely demanded in all industries. With the development of import-substituting industries, the demand for it will only increase. Therefore, the training of qualified personnel for technology companies is one of the priority tasks. Its successful solution largely depends on the joint efforts of business and education,” added Gennady Degtev. At the Technoclub in the brain-ring format, speakers representing metropolitan colleges, institutes and enterprises from the SEZ Technopolis Moscow will speak as part of impromptu teams, each of which will talk about their opportunities, advantages, risks and offer options for overcoming them. The participants of the event will discuss whether graduates of institutions of secondary vocational education can become a "bank" of engineering personnel, how high-quality training can be provided by the technological base of colleges, and whether graduates are interested in employment at innovative enterprises. “The format of a direct dialogue between representatives of business and education is, of course, useful and interesting for each of the parties. On the one hand, such a discussion will make it possible to understand what difficulties companies face when looking for employees and find ways to overcome them. On the other hand, to outline the requirements that are imposed on young specialists today,” said Sergey Timoshenkov, moderator of the event, head of the Microsystem Technology Research and Education Center. On the eve of the Technoclub, it is planned to conduct career guidance tours to high-tech enterprises for students of specialized metropolitan universities, including MISIS, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Moscow Aviation Institute and Bauman Moscow State Technical University. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ] and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
