The Axiom company from the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone has launched the production of its own invention to save energy, both individual devices and entire buildings. The development is able to replace foreign counterparts. This was announced by the head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of the city of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky. “The company, whose production is localized on the territory of the Moscow SEZ, is preparing for serial production of its patented device - an electrical network computer that helps save energy and ensure the electrical safety of enterprises, institutions, housing and communal services. The company's production capacity in the capital's SEZ allows it to produce at least 1,000 such devices a year,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky. Power grid computer (ESC) - a device that provides regulation and protection of the power grid and devices connected to it. Compared to other types of electrical installations for receiving and distributing electricity, it has smaller dimensions and more opportunities. As the developers note, ESC replaces a number of devices that perform similar tasks. These include: type-setting switchgears, power supply security equipment, metering devices, power supply automation equipment. In the field of housing and communal services, the development helps to reduce the operating costs for servicing the internal power grid and electrical appliances connected to it, allows you to diagnose electrical wiring in real time and monitor power consumption by tenants of institutions, shopping and business centers. In addition, the computer reduces fire risks, protects lines in case of overloads and short circuits. “The Axiom company has been located at the Printers site since 2019. Taking advantage of the wide infrastructure and logistics advantages of the SEZ, the developers have successfully tested, patented and are now bringing their electric network computer to serial production.
