SEZ Technopolis Moscow enterprises presented their products at the XVIII All-Russian annual forum-exhibition Goszakaz 2023. The main theme of the forum is overcoming the consequences of the sanctions imposed against Russia for the contracting system. A joint stand of the Moscow City Government became the exhibition platform for the companies of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. On it, the enterprises which localized their production on the territory of the special economic zone of the capital demonstrated how domestic high-tech developments help to ensure import substitution in a number of industries. NexTouch, a SEZ resident, demonstrated an interactive complex (panel) NextPanel 75, a multi-touch device on which information can be operated using hands, special markers or pointers. The device is designed to visualize and store information, process large databases, and broadcast video. Hirana+, a medical equipment manufacturer and SEZ resident, presented a universal device for prolonged artificial lung ventilation for all groups of patients, Chirologist SV Basic. The largest center of innovations and additive manufacturing in the capital, located in the SEZ Technopolis Moscow, Additive Engineering showed a part of the car air duct body, designed for pre-production testing and the body of the control panel, printed on an industrial 3D printer. The company is a resident of SEZ Technopolis Moscow and is part of the SIU System. One of the leading enterprises-residents of the special economic zone of the capital, specializing on development and manufacture of IT-infrastructure, the company Elvis showed a server board on the basis of the multi-core processor with support of video analytics RoboDeus, and also microcomputer of Rock Pi form-factor on the basis of system on a crystal (SnC) Skif. Microbor, a resident company, exhibited metal-cutting tools made of innovative materials that enable the machining of metals and alloys. These materials include carbide inserts, end mills, carbide drills, etc. Some of the strongest among cutting inserts, tools made of nitride and reinforced ceramic, are being actively developed and introduced into production. Proper use of ceramic tools can increase production efficiency many times over and noticeably reduce operating costs. Inkoro presented urological medical products for the treatment and diagnosis of patients. For example, Jule stone extractor, ureteric stent and percutaneous nephrostomy set. The SKTB PR company showed the MRK-15-M robot-sapper designed for inspection inspections, rescue and explosive works. The robot can work where it is too dangerous for a human, for example, in conditions of high radiation, or where a person will not go physically. Companies from the capital's special economic zone take part in the forum's business program. A round table Specifics of Offset Contracts in Moscow was held on the first day of the forum, the participants of which discussed the most important issues concerning the interaction of the state and business in the conclusion of such contracts and also shared their vision of the specifics of the PPP mechanisms used in the capital. Speakers were the manufacturers with whom the offset contracts for the supply of pharmaceuticals for the needs of the city were signed. At the final day of the forum there will be a discussion on the development of customers' digital skills and a seminar on current measures for business support in Moscow. The All-Russian forum and exhibition Goszakaz takes place from April 19 to 21 on the territory of innovation center Skolkovo. This is an annual event in the field of public, municipal and corporate procurement, supported by the Government of the Russian Federation. The exposition area this year is 7 thousand square meters. More than 200 exhibitors, 200 speakers and moderators take part in the event.
