The R-Opra project helps implement the Capital Investment Protection and Promotion Agreement (CIPA). "R-Pharm Group became the first capital organization to conclude a CPPA. In total, three investment projects worth 24.8 billion rubles in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors are being implemented in Moscow with the support of the CPA mechanism. About 50 such agreements have been concluded across the country," said Murat Kerefov. The mechanism guarantees to the investment project the invariability of business conditions (taxes, customs regulation, land use conditions, urban development, etc.) and gives an opportunity to compensate part of the infrastructure costs. Eight of them have already been launched, they produce vaccines, drugs for therapy of oncological, autoimmune, neurological, cardiological and other diseases.
