CONSTRUCTION OF THE FIRST PRODUCTION BUILDINGS OF THE RUDNEVO INDUSTRIAL PARK WAS COMPLETED

The construction of the first two buildings of Rudnevo industrial park, which should become a part of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow, is completed. "The works on creation of Rudnevo industrial park objects are coming to the final stage. In the construction of the complex use domestic materials and high-speed technology. Very soon new high-tech industries will start to work here, which will be available to the tax and customs preferences of the special economic zone residents. In addition, the developed infrastructure and convenient location of Rudnevo will simplify not only the logistics of transportation, but also the transport accessibility for employees," said Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov. Rudnevo is a modern multifunctional complex in the east of Moscow, where any kind of high-tech productions can be placed. The territory is included in the federal register of industrial parks by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The site will be the sixth in the Moscow SEZ. "In the Rudnevo industrial park in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky district we have completed the construction of two production buildings. In the near future we will put the buildings into operation. Completed buildings with a total area of 4,6 thousand square meters is the first ready object of the new industrial park. After the construction of all the buildings is completed and the production facilities are launched, more than three thousand jobs will be created here," said Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev. Tenants of the sites in the new industrial park will be able to produce implantable medical devices, reagents for clinical diagnostic laboratories, electrical capacitors, ATMs and other products. Modern and high-speed technologies are used in the construction of the park. Elements of future buildings are manufactured in a factory, brought to the site and assembled like a construction kit.
