Concessionaires will have simplified access to the benefits of special economic zones

The Government of the Russian Federation supported the bill developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, which allows businesses to combine the advantages of concession and special economic zones. This was announced by the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Reshetnikov at the meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation. "We support the implementation of major infrastructure development projects in the SEZ. It is important to preserve the land for the investor who is ready to invest significantly in the infrastructure. For the concessionaires we set a preferential land rent, we exclude additional expertise of the project and thus reduce the time for obtaining the status of a resident", - the Minister noted. According to Maxim Reshetnikov, the administrative burden is reduced, checks of the investor as a resident and as a concessionaire are synchronized.
