Company from SEZ Technopolis Moscow has successfully completed tests of fire resistance of construction products

The Evrial company localized on the territory of a special economic zone in the capital city has confirmed the fire-resistance limits of a patented «flexible sandwich» technology, which allows quickly and economically to build high-temperature resistant buildings. This was reported by the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, which is part of the complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the capital. The company has successfully passed all the production tests and confirmed the fire-resistance limits for its own patented «flexible sandwich» development by obtaining the appropriate protocol. Tests on the fire resistance of various combinations of modern materials were carried out in the company's laboratories and workshops during the year. The final tests included several stages at once. The results of each of them were evaluated by many experts and subject matter specialists. Now the sphere of application of this development in Russia and abroad has considerably extended. In particular, it now covers the oil and gas sector. The company invested about 200 million rubles in its development. «The development of the company from the special economic zone in Moscow is an example of a fundamentally new type of construction materials created using the latest technologies. The company is currently working on several projects for export deliveries of complete buildings using this technology. Companies from the CIS countries and the Middle East are already interested in the promising development», – said Gennady Dyogtev, General Director of Technopolis Moscow SEZ. «Flexible sandwich» is a panel consisting of two layers of awning with a heater in the middle. This technology can be used to build industrial, manufacturing and administrative buildings, hangars, sports complexes, warehouses and many other structures. In this case, objects can be operated in the most extreme conditions. Savings are achieved due to the fact that buildings do not require the construction of deep foundations, have low metal consumption, are easy to assemble and disassemble. The use of «flexible sandwich» panels can reduce the time and cost of construction by almost a third.
