Capital producer of sandwich panels will double its output
The Evrial company, localized in the special economic zone SEZ Technopolis Moscow, began to build an additional production site in the village of Chashnikovo near Moscow. Putting the facility into operation will double the output of flexible sandwich panels used in construction. This was announced by the head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the city, Vladislav Ovchinsky. “A company from the special economic zone of the capital is systematically introducing innovative solutions in the field of frame construction into production in order to replace imported offers on the market without loss of quality. At the site in Pechatniki, the company produces about 50,000 square meters of its own patented flexible sandwich products. The opening of an additional site will double the production volume. It is planned to complete the construction of the facility in 2023,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky. Flexible sandwich - these are panels consisting of two layers of composite materials with insulation in the middle. The technology can be used for the construction of various facilities - from industrial and warehouse to sports facilities. One of the latest major projects of the company is the construction of a hangar for unloading and storing coal on the territory of the Vostochno-Uralsky terminal in Nakhodka. The company has already begun the construction of the frame of this facility. “The area of the hangar will be almost 14 thousand square meters, and the width of the spans will be 80 meters, which will make it the widest non-capital structure of this type in Russia,” said Gennady Degtev, CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Now most of the coal in the territory of the Vostochno-Uralsky terminal is stored in covered warehouses. With the commissioning of the modular hangar, the company will be able to make the transshipment cycle completely closed. According to the developed concept, coal will be unloaded at closed stations, and loaded through closed conveyor lines and telescopic sleeves with a special divider gate, which will reduce the height of free fall of coal into the holds of ships. Such a well-thought-out technological chain will minimize the emission of the smallest coal dust and prevent pollution of the port area. Shelter hangar will be equipped with modern automatic ventilation, irrigation and dust suppression systems. For the winter period, snow cannons and devices for processing stacks with a cellulose solution are provided, which creates a protective anti-dust film. A wind protection fence will be installed around the perimeter of the complex. At the same time, the construction does not affect the operation of the Vostochno-Uralsky terminal: cargo is transshipped in accordance with the established schedule. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ] and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
