A resident of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow - the Digital Solutions Studio - has released an improved version of the Easy Task project management system, which can be used to solve corporate problems in a variety of areas of activity as informed by Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. “Digital Solutions Studio focuses on software development and represents a cluster of information and communication technologies that unites more than 20 companies from the special economic zone of Moscow. The new software product has been created and improved since 2020, the volume of investments has amounted to several tens of millions of rubles. The first version has already been tested in energy companies. The new version of the system is supplemented with a number of useful functions and can be a universal assistant in work on any projects in various fields”, pointed out Alexander Prokhorov. Such programs have become especially popular over the past year, when companies switched to forced “remote work” in the coronavirus pandemic. “Project management systems facilitate the management of several projects at the same time, allow you to quickly create tasks, assign performers, delegate the execution of assignments, communicate and exchange documents in chats within the system, see the workload of performers, track the progress of the project, and receive statistics on the work of the team. The development of the company complements the arsenal of innovations of the special economic zone of Moscow in the field of digital solutions, which today are among the most demanded in the economy”, stressed Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. A distinctive feature of the system is ease of use and application - even in large organizations, it can be implemented in one day, says Alexey Golikov, CEO of the Digital Solutions Studio. “Product development started in 2019 and the first version was released a year ago. During the year, the product has been upgraded and a new version is now available. The company adheres to a flexible development methodology, develops the system gradually and only in the directions that users need. This approach helps to create an easy-to-learn program with a minimum of buttons”, said Alexey Golikov. He noted that in addition to standard functions, such as creating projects, adding tasks, assigning performers, there are also unique tools, such as, for example, an idea incubator. The principle of its operation is that users enter business ideas in a special section, where proposals receive feedback from colleagues, are transformed into tasks or disproved. The auto-KPI function, which appeared in the updated program, helps to evaluate the performance of employees according to specified criteria, for example, by the number of overdue tasks and the number of returns for revision. Among the innovations is the loading map of performers. It allows the employee to effectively plan his work during the day, week, month, and the manager - to set tasks within the working time limit. In addition to the computer version and the mobile application, the developers have implemented a solution in the form of a smart bot, which reminds of the imminent deadline and duplicates the main functions of the program. The menu supports voice input, which speeds up the setting of tasks. The project management system fits for all industries.
