A park area and 38 industrial facilities will appear in Alabushevo

Silino area citizens, workers of local entities and government officials discussed at public hearing the development project for Alabushevo site which is a part of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. The project is geared towards ambitious targets to improve the industrial area Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of the City of Moscow said. “The complex will have production and administrative facilities with a total area of 796 000 square metres. The center will comprise 38 industrial workshop facilities of different functions. The development of the territory will also increase the number of working places for qualified specialists up to 22 thousand”, said Alexander Prokhorov. In general the changes of the internal infrastructure are aimed to create comfortable conditions for the employees of resident companies, pointed out Gennady Degtev, General Director SEZ Technopolis Moscow. “The people working in the area will have dining places, a park area. There are plans to widen the roads up to six lanes in Konstruktora Lukina Street near the checkpoint to the territory and up to four lanes in 6029 proezd inside the complex. In the long run is the reconstruction of six and the arrangement of three new ground crosswalks, as well as bicycle paths 2.1 km long on the whole territory, underlined Gennady Degtev. The project also implies internal improvement of transport accessibility for the center workers, for example the launch of transport on the territory of the complex with 14 stops on the route and possible transfer for the workers from Kryukovo railway station to “Alabushevo”. The agenda of the meeting also covered the forthcoming works on engineering infrastructure of the site. One of the major tasks is to bring all types of service lines to the complex territory. The development of the site will improve many aspects of citizens’ lives in Zelenograd, Gennady Degtev believes. The territory is 142.7 ha large.
