A new resident of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow will develop software for energy saving

The energy service company Energosberezhenie received the status of a resident of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow, where it plans to develop software for managing energy-saving equipment as informed by Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. “The project of the new resident of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow is the development of software for managing energy-saving equipment that saves heat. The software can be used in apartment buildings, commercial and administrative buildings. The total investment in the project from 2021 to 2024 will amount to more than 96 million rubles. The company plans to create at least 55 jobs”, said the Head of the Department. The energy service company Energosberezhenie focuses on the installation of energy-saving equipment - automated control units for the heat and water supply system of Moscow buildings. Automatic units do not allow the supply of excessive heat energy to the batteries of the premises, thus saving it. “For the effective implementation of its goals, the Energosberezhenie company decided to locate on the territory of SEZ Technopolis Moscow in premises with a total area of 547 sq. meters at the site "Pechatniki". Commissioning of the facility is expected in early 2022. The new resident will help strengthen the cluster of energy efficient companies in the special economic zone of the capital”, pointed out Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Energosberezhenie LLC installs energy-saving equipment in apartment buildings in Moscow at its own expense on the basis of energy service contracts for a period of 6 years. The owners pay the company the amount of the savings achieved. After the expiration of the contract, the equipment is transferred to the homeowners free of charge.
