A new industrial building will be built in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ

The Special Economic Zone Technopolis Moscow invites potential investors to build a new engineering and laboratory complex at the area in Pechatniki. Applications are accepted until June 11, 2021, reported Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. “The project provides for the construction of an engineering and laboratory building with a total area of more than 50 thousand square meters. The building will be able to accommodate offices, laboratories, centers for collective use. The real estate object being created is highly liquid and is aimed at creating additional workspaces at the Pechatniki, where the demand for rental exceeds the current possibilities. The new building will become a part of the ecosystem of SEZ Technopolis Moscow with its developed engineering and business infrastructure, the advantages of which have been appreciated by innovative enterprises in various industries”, emphasized Alexander Prokhorov. The construction project of an engineering and laboratory building will be implemented in a form of a joint venture between «Technopolis Moscow» JSC and a selected private investor, said Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Technopolis Moscow will invest property rights to the land plot while a potential partner is to provide funds for the project. The increased interest in the location should be due to the good transport accessibility of the site, which is located in close proximity to the South-East Expressway and the South Road. The distance to the Third Ring Road is 7 kilometers, to the Moscow Ring Road - 15. Future tenants will be able to localize in the immediate vicinity of the city center and take advantage of convenient logistics, modern infrastructure, and, obtaining resident status, use tax and customs exemptions", - said Gennady Degtev. Now, at the site of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow in Pechatniki, there are seven production buildings and an administrative and business center for office spaces.
