Technoanalit, which operates in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ), has imported automatic samplers for bulk and liquid materials. Such equipment is used practically in all spheres of production. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital. The company has been located on the SEZ site since 2018, where it occupies 500 square metres of production space and another 200 square metres of office space. The company produces metering and control devices, and this year it set up production of samplers. They are used in the food, chemical, oil and gas industries, in the production of construction materials, in the agricultural sector and in other industries, said Vladyslav Ovchinsky. Such equipment is used wherever there is a need to take samples of bulk material, from milk and sunflower oil to mineral fertilizers and plastic chips. Previously, the equipment was mainly supplied from the USA, Germany and Switzerland. Among the first customers were an industrial chemicals product manufacturer, a maize grain-processing facility and a large agro-holding company. The company has established production of automatic samplers for dry, bulk and liquid materials for almost any production process line, such as automatic sampling from under screw and scraper conveyors, inclined gravity pipelines, pressurised reactors, hoppers, as well as at material transfer points, explained Gennady Degtev, CEO of Technopolis Moscow SEZ. When a sample is taken from the scraper and screw conveyors, a pneumatic cylinder opens a sliding flap, and the sample is poured through an opening into the receiving vessel. The material characteristics do not change during sampling. The volume of the sample can be adjusted on site by the opening speed and the time in the open position. There is also the option of taking the sample manually, at any time. Conducting such sampling is essential for any company that is responsible for the quality of its products. Bulk and liquid material is monitored at all stages of production, from receipt of raw materials to the final inspection of the finished product. The total volume of the sample taken may vary from 50 ml to 30 litres, depending on the customer's requirements. It is then tested in a laboratory, said Nina Dudina, the company's director general. Locating industrial sites in the capital offers investors access to large markets, developed infrastructure, and a large pool of systemic support from the city. They can take advantage of more than 20 support measures, including subsidies and targeted loans. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ] and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
