A company from the SEZ Technopolis Moscow has developed a hybrid ATV

A hybrid ATV, where one of the axles is driven by an electric drive, was developed by the Privodnaya Tekhnika scientific and technical center from the special economic zone of Moscow together with specialists from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. This was announced by the head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of the city of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky. The hybrid ATV is versatile: it is suitable for both emergency services, as it can overcome off-road, and for tourist trips - the electric drive ensures a silent and smooth ride. “Specialists of the enterprise and Bauman Moscow State Technical University have developed a hybrid ATV based on an existing gasoline model. So far, this is an exhibition sample, but in the future the company plans to launch a new modification. The capacities of the scientific and technical center allow producing up to 30 thousand electric drives for transport per year. Of these, up to five thousand are for all-terrain vehicles,” added Vladislav Ovchinsky. In a six-wheeled vehicle, two axles are driven by an internal combustion engine (ICE), and one is driven by an electric drive. At the same time, the development team managed to synchronize the operation of the internal combustion engine and the electric motor in a short time, as well as to achieve high cross-country ability. “The company from the SEZ Technopolis Moscow creates innovative products in the field of industrial automation and drive technology, relying on its own scientific and industrial base. One of the promising areas of its work is electric drives. The products of the scientific and technical center are not inferior in quality to their foreign counterparts,” said Gennady Degtev, CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow. This was made possible thanks to the light and powerful electric drive from the EDM range. Despite their small mass, such drives have higher speeds, which means they are more powerful and efficient. Thus, the efficiency in certain operating modes reaches 95 percent. “In foreign markets, every self-respecting company already has an electric car in its model range. This is a promising direction, so our company keeps up with the times, with an understanding of current trends. Our contribution to Russian models of electric cars is electric drives. This segment of the Russian market is now developing, and we can contribute to this growth with our products,” said Anton Pashigorev, project manager at the STC Privodnaya Tekhnika. STC Privodnaya Tekhnika became a member of the cluster of electric vehicles, which was created this year. It already includes about 40 research, production and other organizations. ________________________________________ Press service of the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" Phone: +7 916 516-15-46 Mail: pr@technomoscow.ru [ mailto:pr@technomoscow.ru ] Subscribe to the SEZ "Technopolis Moscow" in social networks, follow the main news of the SEZ in telegram-channel [ https://t.me/technopolismoscow ]  and receive all the most important news delivered to your mail in our weekly newsletter [ http://events.technomoscow.ru/subscribe/?utm_source=site_technomoscow ] .
