A company from the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow has supplied 20 conveyor engravers to a Bryansk manufacturer of PVC profiles and window sills. The products will be labeled with its help. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of Moscow. "One of the stages of PVC profile and window sill board production is the labeling of window profiles, which was previously applied by ink jet printer. After the suppliers of the devices and their consumables left the Russian market, the Bryansk-based company faced difficulties in manufacturing products. It was decided to change the method of marking from printing to engraving. Thus, the company LASSARD from the capital's SEZ equipped the Bryansk production with two dozens of laser engravers for this purpose," said Vladislav Ovchinsky. The equipment built into the conveyor from the capital practically does not require consumables. Its interface includes individual parameters of each work shift, thanks to which it was possible to significantly reduce the number of actions of the plant operator and increase the productivity of the site. "Engineers of our company have created a laser complex, which allowed to optimize the production process both from the economic and production point of view. Previously, when labeling products, the company had to replace the cartridges, and in case of failure, remove the ink with solvent and start the line again. When the laser is in operation, it is only necessary to change the lens and protective glass. We managed to minimize economic costs and production downtime," said Oleg Nefedov, General Director of the company. The full-cycle enterprise has been developing and manufacturing lasers, laser systems and equipment based on them, as well as optomechanical products and optical tables since 2015. In April 2023, the company began operating in the SEZ Technopolis Moscow - the production was officially launched by the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin and the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. The company's product line today includes more than 20 types of equipment, and its production capacity allows it to manufacture more than 400 products per year. SEZ Technopolis Moscow is a territory with a special legal status, which offers a favorable business regime for investors. The area of six sites (Pechatniki, Alabushevo, Mikron, MIET, Angstrem, Rudnevo), where high-tech enterprises of the SEZ are located, exceeds 260 hectares.
