The capital's research and production company located in the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow has developed and launched mass production of the country's first high-precision digital metering pumps. The devices can be used in food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries, said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the capital's Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. "High-precision digital metering pumps of VDK company are an innovative and high-tech solution, fully realized on the domestic electronic component base. In addition, these products utilize components from the capital's microelectronics manufacturers. The devices are equipped with stepper drives and microcontrollers, which allow to adjust the dosing of reagents at a given speed and volume without the use of external control systems", - said Vladislav Ovchinsky. Products of this class are used in the production of beverages, food, pharmaceuticals, petroleum products and much more. They allow to ensure high quality of the final products. It is expected that the novelty will successfully replace similar products of German brands that left the Russian market. Previously produced domestic equipment was designed for high pressure and high productivity, which significantly limited its use, and enterprises purchased equipment from foreign suppliers. "The company has been operating in the SEZ of Moscow since 2015, during this time it has produced more than five thousand systems and apparatuses for a wide range of technological tasks. Since the beginning of 2022, the number of employees of the company has doubled. Production of such high-precision equipment as digital metering pumps was previously only possible in Germany, the USA and Italy, but today the entire cycle is localized in Russia," said Gennady Degtev, General Director of Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The production facilities of the enterprise are located on the territory of the special economic zone of the capital on the site Pechatniki. The company is one of the leading Russian manufacturers of professional systems for preparation of solutions and suspensions, devices for input, dosing and flow mixing of components. Since its foundation in 2009, the company has managed to multiply its production capacity and expand its product range. The plant produces several dozens of static mixers of S-Mix model every month. This is one of the most popular products on the Russian market of homogenizers.
