7.3 billion rubles will be invested in the construction of a new technopark in Moscow

The construction of technopark in the industrial area «Rudnevo» is going to start this year. The capital city budget will allocate 7.3 billion Rubles for the project providing for more than 40 production companies and more than 3 thousand new working places to be created together with private investors, informed Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for economic policy and property and land relations. Under the decision of the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin the new technopark in the Eastern Administrative District will appear by the end of 2022 and will become the center of the industrial area «Rudnevo» 40 ha large. The new technopark will be promoted under the single brand Technopolis Moscow. «Such projects not only improve the city image but also create new working places for the citizens of Moscow. The park will welcome such residents as high-tech small and medium companies which create export-oriented and import-substituting technologies, goods and services in the sectors of construction, aviation and electronic industry», pointed out Vice-Mayor. The project focuses on the creation of proper and comfortable environment. All buildings will be adapted for people with limited mobility. The existing and the future road net will provide access to every building of technopark. «The construction of technopark will begin at the end of this year. The project implies 19 objects of 84 square meters in total located on 11 ha. Many enterprises don't need large premises considering the advanced automated equipment.
