Currently, 17 high-tech enterprises are being built at the Alabushevo site of the special economic zone of Moscow. Three of them will be put into operation by the end of this year, said Vladimir Efimov, Vice-Mayor of Moscow for Economic policy and Land-property affairs. "The Alabushevo site of SEZ Technopolis Moscow occupies almost 158 hectares. Of these, 11 hectares are free for development, and today 17 new high-tech enterprises are being built there. Three plants are planning to put the workshops into operation this year. They will produce printed circuit boards and electronic modules, pharmaceuticals, as well as devices for measuring the parameters of energy resources in engineering networks," said Vladimir Efimov. In the next three years, plants for the production of carbide band and disc saws for cutting metals and alloys, forklifts, automotive electronics, metal products using additive 3D metal printing technologies, oncotests and individual means of self-monitoring glucose levels, packaging for medicines, as well as the release of software for SIM cards will be launched. Currently, the enterprises are at different stages of construction. Generium Next, R-Opra, NGO Granit, representing the pharmaceutical industry and microelectronics, are also preparing for the start of construction. All the production areas built on the territory of Alabushevo are fully occupied. There are 30 resident enterprises and various tenants working there. "The majority of residents of the Alabushevo site are companies operating in the fields of microelectronics, optics, robotics, industrial automation, and high—tech industries. Seven enterprises are connected with medical technologies, equipment, biopharmaceuticals. The rest are engaged in the production of modern materials, energy-efficient and information and communication technologies," said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department for Investment and Industrial policy of Moscow. Preferences and benefits that are available to residents, as well as convenient logistics and developed infrastructure contribute to the progressive development of production, attracting investment and increasing the revenue of enterprises.
