150 thousand square meters of premises for tenants will be built in the SEZ Technopolis Moscow

At the Alabushevo site of the Technopolis, it is planned to build about 150,000 square meters of new industrial space for rent within four years. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov. “Today, the premises of three innovative laboratory and production buildings at the Alabushevo site are almost completely occupied. To accommodate new high-tech enterprises, two more similar facilities with a total area of about 38,000 square meters will be built by the end of 2025. In addition, preparatory work has been completed to create a technopark - a joint project of the special economic zone of the capital and Capital Group. It will include about 110,000 more square meters of industrial space. The construction of its first stage is planned to be completed in 2023, the second - in 2026,” said Vladimir Efimov. New production facilities are designed in accordance with the requirements for the location of high-tech industries. The facilities will be leased to innovative enterprises. “New buildings are being built taking into account the wishes of future tenants. Already in the design will take into account the fact that they will house high-tech production. Inside, rooms of various cleanliness classes will also appear, taking into account the requirements for ventilation and other engineering systems. For example, new production facilities will increase the number of microelectronics enterprises at the Alabushevo site. Now there are already 11 enterprises localized there with the status of a resident of the Moscow Special Economic Zone. Three more companies from this industry rent production facilities,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department. The technopark at the Alabushevo site will be the first joint project of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow and the developer Capital Group. “The construction of new technoparks makes it possible to locate and scale high-tech production, to attract new qualified personnel to the industry,” said Evgeny Trushin, Head of Industrial Facilities Development at Capital Group.
