A resident of SEZ Technopolis Moscow helped to digitize the exhibits of the A.V. Shchusev Museum of Architecture

Employees of the Research Institute of Molecular Electronics (NIIME) have developed an exoskeleton designed for use in rehabilitation medicine. This was announced by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital.

«NIIME has the status of a resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) of Moscow since 2015. The company conducts research and development work in the field of micro- and nanoelectronics. Currently, NIIME employs over 600 highly qualified specialists, including three academicians and two corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, more than 70 doctors and candidates of sciences. The new development will be in demand primarily in medicine, for example, in the rehabilitation of patients after a stroke,»  Vladislav Ovchinsky said.

The creators of the unique exoskeleton believe that the main drawback of the models available in the world is their control principle. To make such exoskeletons move, you need to press the remote control button. In industrial exoskeletons, control is often transferred to the operator. Another disadvantage of most samples is the pre-prescribed trajectory of the exoskeleton, regardless of the desires and physiology of the user.

«Employees of SEZ Technopolis Moscow resident – the Research Institute of Molecular Electronics – have created a platform for an active arm exoskeleton with neural network muscle control to solve medical, industrial, rescue and special tasks. It is based on the innovative author's management principle,» said Gennady Degtev, General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow.

The market for the use of exoskeletons is growing every year, demonstrating high potential in industries where strengthening human physical capabilities is required. For example, in the elimination of the consequences of emergencies, construction or industry.

«We propose to noninvasively read electromyographic signals from human muscles and register the actual position of the hand. The trained neural network will use this data to predict which trajectory is most likely in the interval of 0.2 – 0.3 milliseconds. Thus, we get an active enhancement of natural movement, quickly and accurately predicting the trajectory of various movements, taking into account the individual physical characteristics of the user. The author of the idea and the leader of the team is a researcher at the laboratory and a graduate student of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Herman Karnup,» said Oleg Telminov, head of the NIIME target search laboratory for the study of neuromorphic systems.

Currently, the developers are consulting with the rehabilitation centers of Sechenov University, the National Medical and Surgical Center named after N. I. Pirogov, the rehabilitation center  Three Sisters.

This is the first high-speed transceiver, which is made by a Russian company from beginning to end, including work on design, board development, circuit design.

«The products will be an important step towards the technological sovereignty of our country. The most important thing is that a resident of the SEZ of Moscow installs his own software on the devices. The new equipment is planned to be purchased by large data centers and some telecom operators,»  said Gennady Degtev, General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow.

According to its characteristics, it corresponds to foreign analogues, but at the same time it will cost much cheaper.

«The new transceiver comes complete with our own equipment – a high-speed switch. We synchronize with the development of internal consumer requests, we have a common development platform and a common vision for the future. In 2023, we plan to release about 2-3 thousand sets of a new line of high-speed equipment. A resident of SEZ Technopolis Moscow helped to digitize the exhibits of the A.V. Shchusev Museum of Architecture

The resident of  SEZ Technopolis Moscow, Mikron has implemented an automated system for recording and controlling the movement of works of art at the Shchusev Museum of Architecture, said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital.

"Today, marking with RFID tags is widely used for inventory, automation of technical processes and access control to various objects - for example, museum exhibits. Thus, a resident of the SEZ of Moscow helped to digitize part of the collection of the A.V. Shchusev State Research Museum of Architecture. To do this, the plant supplied the institution with several thousand RFID tags of its own production," Vladislav Ovchinsky said.

The solution allows you to quickly carry out an audit of cultural heritage exhibits, register their transfer for restoration, field exhibition events or to storerooms, and also protects against unauthorized access to museum collections.

"The inventory of the museum is a time-consuming and time-consuming procedure. During the manual process, unique items may be damaged or lost. The digital tool allows you to reduce the time of control over almost a million exhibits and ensures accurate transfer of information," explained Roman Shmelev, Head of the security Department of the Shchusev State Research Museum of Architecture.

The equipment is located at the entrance and exit of the exhibition hall and in the checkout area. The system of accounting and control of museum valuables produced by the Micron plant includes a set of radio frequency tags for marking objects, a mobile RFID data collection terminal, an RFID printer and domestic software. The anti-theft frame with RFID antenna and reader was developed by the same manufacturer.

Each exhibit and product is assigned an individual number. All objects are marked with labels that are registered in the database of the software package and 1C. The information assigned to the label contains the registration number, name, brief description and other data. RFID equipment and software provide instant recording and reading of information, integrates it into the accounting program in real time. When selling goods in the 1C accounting system, their write-off operations are carried out, and in case of illegal removal of property through the anti-theft frame, a corresponding message is sent to the security panel and a light and sound alarm is triggered.

"Modern technologies and automated systems are entering the life of museums, successfully solving the tasks of cultural funds of the new technological generation. In the museum sector, where the risk of the human factor is high, inventory and control systems significantly simplify the routine work of employees and increase the safety of exhibits," said Vasily Volosov, Sales Director of RFID and IT at Mikron JSC.

The plant's product line includes more than 200 labels of various types and modifications: cards, tags, marking devices and products.

"The resident of  SEZ of Moscow Mikron is the largest Russian manufacturer and exporter of microelectronics, one of the oldest enterprises in this industry. Last year, the plant celebrated its 55th anniversary, and the status of a resident of the capital's SEZ was awarded in 2015. During this time, the company has invested more than 1.1 billion rubles in the development of production and created over 1300 highly qualified jobs," added Gennady Degtev, General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow.

Digitization of museum funds is carried out within the framework of the program for the development of the digital economy in the Russian Federation and the implementation of the national project Culture. The goal is to provide a qualitatively new level of development of the infrastructure of cultural institutions and to make cultural heritage more technologically accessible through digital transformation of processes.

The construction of 16 buildings has been completed in the Rudnevo Industrial Park

Already 16 buildings of the Rudnevo Industrial Park have been fully built and are ready to accommodate high-tech industries, said Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.

"On the territory of the Rudnevo Industrial Park, which will become the sixth site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, the construction of another production complex has been completed. It includes nine buildings. It is expected that the complex will become the largest in the composition of the site. In general, 16 Rudnevo buildings have already been built with a total area of 86.5 thousand square meters," Vladimir Efimov said.

The construction of Rudnevo began at the end of 2020. As Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his blog, at the moment 100 percent of the industrial park's areas have already been reserved for production. In the next three years, its area will be expanded by another 300 thousand square meters.

In November 2022, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov signed a memorandum of cooperation in supporting the development of the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and aviation industry, including the creation of a federal center for unmanned aircraft systems on the basis of the Rudnevo Industrial Park.

"The first companies will be able to localize production in the park in 2023. The Federal Center will unite the leading Russian developers and manufacturers of UAVs and digital geoinformation platforms. This will make it possible to overcome the lag behind the world leaders of the industry and reduce dependence on imports of critical technologies," said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

It is planned to open an aviation training center for the training of highly qualified personnel on the basis of the center. The leading universities of the country will help to form a personnel reserve both for the design of UAVs and for the training of operator and technical personnel.

"The launch of the promising Rudnevo site is now one of the main projects of the special economic zone of Moscow. After the territory is included in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, preferential tax and customs regimes will be in effect for the production facilities located there. Also, tangible support for innovative companies with the status of a SEZ resident is the possibility of buying out areas at construction cost and organizing a free customs zone, reducing income tax to two percent, zeroing property and transport taxes, and the absence of customs duties," added Gennady Degtev, CEO of Technopolis Moscow SEZ.

Residents of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow saved almost 860 million rubles on taxes in nine months

In January-September 2022, residents of the special economic zone SEZ Technopolis Moscow saved 857 million rubles due to tax preferences. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

Residents of the metropolitan SEZ are exempt from paying property, transport and land taxes, as well as customs duties for 10 years. The income tax rate for such companies is only two percent. There are also incentives for renting land allocated for the construction of an enterprise, and upon its completion, it is possible to buy a leased plot for one percent of the cadastral value.

“Currently, about 90 companies have the status of a resident of the special economic zone of the capital. In the nine months of this year, they saved 857 million rubles on taxes. This is more than double the result for the same period last year, when the amount of benefits amounted to 407 million rubles. The growth is primarily due to the fact that some enterprises have launched production activities or reached full production capacity. In addition, after the withdrawal of Western companies from the Russian market, domestic manufacturers have the opportunity to occupy new niches, which spurred them to develop,” said Vladimir Efimov.

Most of the tax preferences that residents of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow receive relate to payments credited to the city budget. In January-September of this year, about 79 percent of the total amount of funds saved by companies fell on regional benefits, the rest - on federal ones.

“From January to September of this year, the capital provided high-tech enterprises that are residents of the Moscow Special Economic Zone with tax incentives in the amount of 680 million rubles. This is almost twice as much as in the three quarters of 2021, when the amount of preferences amounted to almost 390 million rubles,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.

Since the beginning of 2022, another 10 high-tech enterprises have received the status of a resident of the Moscow Special Economic Zone. The volume of investments announced by them will amount to almost 10 billion rubles.

“The investments of companies that are residents of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow for the first three quarters of 2022 amounted to almost 24 billion rubles. This is two billion rubles more than in the same period last year. The maximum volume of investments by residents of the special economic zone of the capital for nine months of 2022 was recorded among microelectronics enterprises. The amount of their investments amounted to 14.7 billion rubles,” added CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow Gennady Degtev.

A plant for the production of vaccines for animals was built in the SEZ Technopolis Moscow

At the Pechatniki site of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow, the construction of a new plant of the Vetbiohim company has been completed, where several types of vaccines and related preparations for agricultural and domestic animals will be produced. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“Now the plant is carrying out commissioning. The full launch of the enterprise is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023. Its capacity will make it possible to annually produce several tens of millions of doses of vaccines, which will help provide the Russian market with demanded goods and will contribute to the development of import substitution in the field of veterinary medicine. The company has invested 1.6 billion rubles in production,” said Vladimir Efimov.

The enterprise was designed and built in accordance with the modern international standard for pharmaceutical production, which includes strict requirements for the organization of production and quality control of medicines. Among them is the availability of qualified personnel and clean rooms, which are provided with controlled technological environments and equipped with modern automated equipment.

“The area of the new enterprise exceeds 5.5 thousand square meters. About 200 highly qualified specialists will be able to find a job there,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.

The company Vetbiohim specializes in the production of immunoprophylactic drugs, diagnostics and treatment of infectious and parasitic diseases. Now the enterprise produces 37 vaccines for agricultural and small domestic animals, four sera and immunoglobulins, as well as 60 types of test systems for diagnosing diseases.

“After the plant is launched, the list of high-tech enterprises at the Pechatniki site will be replenished with a new production in the field of veterinary medicine that implements its own developments. In 2022, the company registered and launched the production of four new vaccines, said Gennady Degtev, CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow.

A company from the SEZ Technopolis Moscow has developed a hybrid ATV

A hybrid ATV, where one of the axles is driven by an electric drive, was developed by the Privodnaya Tekhnika scientific and technical center from the special economic zone of Moscow together with specialists from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. This was announced by the head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of the city of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of economic policy and property and land relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The hybrid ATV is versatile: it is suitable for both emergency services, as it can overcome off-road, and for tourist trips - the electric drive ensures a silent and smooth ride.

“Specialists of the enterprise and Bauman Moscow State Technical University have developed a hybrid ATV based on an existing gasoline model. So far, this is an exhibition sample, but in the future the company plans to launch a new modification. The capacities of the scientific and technical center allow producing up to 30 thousand electric drives for transport per year. Of these, up to five thousand are for all-terrain vehicles,” added Vladislav Ovchinsky.

In a six-wheeled vehicle, two axles are driven by an internal combustion engine (ICE), and one is driven by an electric drive. At the same time, the development team managed to synchronize the operation of the internal combustion engine and the electric motor in a short time, as well as to achieve high cross-country ability.

“The company from the SEZ Technopolis Moscow creates innovative products in the field of industrial automation and drive technology, relying on its own scientific and industrial base. One of the promising areas of its work is electric drives. The products of the scientific and technical center are not inferior in quality to their foreign counterparts,” said Gennady Degtev, CEO of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow.

This was made possible thanks to the light and powerful electric drive from the EDM range. Despite their small mass, such drives have higher speeds, which means they are more powerful and efficient. Thus, the efficiency in certain operating modes reaches 95 percent.

“In foreign markets, every self-respecting company already has an electric car in its model range. This is a promising direction, so our company keeps up with the times, with an understanding of current trends. Our contribution to Russian models of electric cars is electric drives. This segment of the Russian market is now developing, and we can contribute to this growth with our products,” said Anton Pashigorev, project manager at the STC Privodnaya Tekhnika.

STC Privodnaya Tekhnika became a member of the cluster of electric vehicles, which was created this year. It already includes about 40 research, production and other organizations.
