Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center is a full-scale innovative complex for the development and support of scientific and industrial activities in the field of micro- and nanoelectronics with an area of more than 26,000 sq. m.
The main activities are the design and manufacture of binary photomasks, 3D assembly of nano- and microsystem technology products, development and creation of high-tech biomedical systems, development of new generation electronic equipment, including special purpose, carrying out research and development work.
