2021

The Rudnevo site granted the status of an industrial park

2020

Commissioning of the innovation-laboratory-industrial buildings and parking for 900 cars. Accession of 15 hectares land parcel to the Alabushevo site

2019

The Alabushevo site improvement

2018

Official name Technopolis “Moscow” In Relation To Special Economic Zone Of The Tecnology-Innovative Type transferred to the Treasury of Moscow city.

2017

The Angstrem and the Technopolis sites included into the SEZ boundaries.

2016

Transfer of SEZ managing competence to the Government of Moscow. Commissioning of the first resident of IMT Company at the Alabushevo site.

2015

MICRON site included in SEZ boundary

2007

The beginning of SEZ infrastructure facilities constructing including Customs and AВC at the Alabushevo site

2006

The Alabushevo and MIET sites included into the SEZ boundaries. First resident is JSC ZITS

2005

Decree of the Russian Federation government on the creation of a special economic zone of a technology-innovative type in the territory of the city of Moscow
