2.5 THOUSAND COMPONENTS WERE DONATED TO THE HOSPITALS OF THE CAPITAL CITY BY THE MANUFACTURERS OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT LOCATED IN SEZ TECHNOPOLIS MOSCOW.
Components for medical equipment which are difficult
to find today were delivered to the state hospital in Kommunarka by the company
Chirana+, one of manufacturers in
the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow. The hospital received 1.5
thousand packages of two types of breathing systems and one thousand
bacterial-virus filters.
“The company has supplied 34 units of medical equipment to the capital
hospitals since the beginning of the year, five of them – to the hospital in
Kommunarka. Considering the lack of components the company offered to pass them
on free of charge to colleagues who work with this equipment”, informed Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow
for economic policy, property and land relations.
The company Chirana + together with its Belarusian partner Assomedica
donated the expendable materials for medical equipment to the hospital, clarified
Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department
of investment and industrial policy of the City of Moscow.
“The company has worked on the territory of Technopolis since last July,
and now its capacity allows for the production of 100 medical units per month. At
the same time the manufacturer is able to increase the production as the
conditions of the special economic zone make it possible”, specified the Head
of the Department.
SEZ Technopolis Moscow comprises five sites (Technopolis Moscow in Pechatniki, Alabushevo, Mikron, Angstrem, MIET) with a total area of 206.8 ha. Special economic zone in Moscow is one of the few ones in Russia and around the world with both greenfield and brownfield facilities.
